We had a great show - a few technical difficulties but the we were able to do a split camera show.  Tracy gave a sneak peak at her office/studio.  All good in the end.

And I made one of the best guacamoles I have ever made - thanks for the giving me the motivation to up my game!

Guacamole
Avocado
A dollop of avocado mayonnaise
Pepperoncini diced
Red onion diced
Cilantro finely chopped
Juice from 1/2 Lime
Five cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of garlic power
Pinches of Cayenne, Herbs de Provence, Balti (Penzey's Spices)
Salt & pepper to taste

Smash it all together and
- Inhale with tostada or pita chips
- Heap onto toasted sourdough bread
- Serve over power greens
