**RETURN POLICY**

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
If your item is:
-unworn
-unwashed
-unaltered
-not jewelry
-intact with tags attached
-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)
-free of animal hair
-free of the smells of smoke, perfume and anything else
-not final sale, on clearance or on sale
-not a gift card
-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, your item is eligible to be returned.

RETURN POLICY
ALL Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT that will be applied to your account. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked no less than 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit.

All sales on sale, clearance or final sale are final sale and are not returnable.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at cs@theportercollective.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will take care of you!
