Fine, not blow-away

I can get use bourbon this blouse but it didn’t send me like a couple of the PC jackets in my closet. Kind of shapeless, w wrist-button sleeves that don’t easily stay up when rolled up. Standard issue for this kind of thing with a little gold thread I wasn’t expecting and wouldn’t necessarily want.
