Beautiful but Soooo small

This is a junior sized skirt. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered a large. The waist measures 26 inches. 26!!! A woman’s size 10 usually has a waist around 30. This is a size 4/6 in juniors. Such a shame as it is such a beautiful skirt.
